Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will diagnose and treat a variety of psychological disorders, provide therapy to individuals and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment methods.
Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordinated care and adherence to all licensing standards.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Current, unrestricted license as an LMHC, LCSW/LICSW, or similar.
Previous experience as a mental health therapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Culturally sensitive and comfortable working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+ communities.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment with reliable high-speed internet and appropriate remote work setup.
