We are a leading provider in tele-mental health dedicated to delivering compassionate and accessible mental health care.
Position: Mental Health Therapist (100% Remote)
Contract Type: 1099 positions available
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based therapeutic treatments via tele-health video or telephone.
Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Perform mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and company guidelines.
Qualifications
Required:
Active LCSW license.
1 Year Of Psychotherapy Experience Using Evidence-based Treatments.
Proficiency in documenting and treatment planning within an EMR.
Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet, and a private, quiet workspace.
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese.
Previous tele-health or remote work experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong engagement and assessment skills across diverse patient demographics.
Compensation
Starting at fee-for-service rates:
$35 for 30 minutes
$50 for 45 minutes
$60 for 60 minutes
