What You'll Do
Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video for adult individuals.
Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Utilize automated symptom assessments and progress measures to monitor and adjust treatment plans effectively.
Benefit from regular clinical support and consultation sessions with our leadership team.
What We're Looking For
Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited program.
Experience working with higher risk populations and/or adults, ideally with 2 years of recent experience in providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
Strong commitment to culturally responsive care and willingness to work with diverse mental health disorders.
Comfort with integrating digital solutions into clinical practice and a tech-savvy mindset.
