Your Role As a Mental Health Counselor
Provide evidence-based care via live video sessions for adult individuals weekly.
Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive treatment.
Use self-assessments and progress measures to adjust and monitor treatment plans.
Receive team support and consultation as needed.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited program.
Experience working with adult populations and ideally, higher-risk groups.
Preferably 2 years of recent experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and evidence-based interventions.
Commitment to culturally responsive care and comfort in treating diverse mental health disorders.
Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice.

Competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 based on experience.
