The Role

As a full-time or part-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you'll operate remotely, delivering assessment and treatment services to stable, low-acuity adults with diverse mental health needs. Your mission will be to aid individuals in enhancing their quality of life through skill development.

Responsibilities

Conduct compassionate individual mental health counseling via video chat.

Utilize solution-based treatment approaches to facilitate personalized interventions.

Craft tailored treatment plans to address client needs effectively.

Guide clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships.

Monitor progress and assist clients in adopting healthy coping strategies.

Requirements

Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related fields.

Active LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license.

Demonstrated ability to manage client caseload independently with exceptional communication skills.

Clean disciplinary record with licensing boards.
