Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialise in Mental Health services. They are actively seeking skilled therapists to join the company, whilst they experiencing rapid growth.
Role:
Providing mental health services to all age groups
Will hold a caseload of roughly 26 clients
Employ evidence-based treatment modalities with patients
Resonate well with client base
Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans and progress notes
Must exhibit strong integrity, a positive outlook, effective leadership skills, and a dedication to patient care and clinical excellence.
Candidate:
LISCW, LMHC or LCSW in the state of Massachusetts
1-2yrs experience as a licensed therapist
Team orientated
Driven to want to learn and grow
Ability to resonate with client base
Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
