Membership Sales Manage

MUST:

• 0-10 years of sales membership experience within medical sales
• Proven experience in business development and ability to build a book of business
• Both b2b and b2c experience
• Strong experience navigating b2b business sales for memberships
• MUST have experience selling intangible products
• Fluent in a CRM + can progress leads in salesforce
• Fairs, festivals, community presentations
• Be able to use digital marketing to build pipeline
• Reside in Ohio

DAY TO DAY:

Sales manager will promote and sell company’s services across their territory and throughout the United States. This individual will take an active role in strategies and execution of all areas of field sales for the direct to consumer and B2B channels in assigned territory. This position will report directly to the Director of Membership Sales

• Generating leads for new outside business sales through actions like:

• Prospecting +utilizing customer referrals Community Involvement

• Manage full cycle of sales process from start to finish, and ongoing follow-up

• Building a pipeline of customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets

• Budgeting and planning for the field sales team needs and deliverables.

• Develop membership programs that enhance and market presence in assigned community

• Work in collaboration with local base personal to enhance membership presence in community.

• Work in collaboration with Sales managers + Vice President to achieve and surpass sales goals.

• Achieve or exceed sales quotas.

• Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance field sales agent efficiency.
