Membership Director

Job Description

We are seeking a Membership Director to help build brand loyalty and grow the client base with a fast-growing organization! You will be responsible for helping to build a strong client base, increase membership sales, and be part of a world class sales team at a luxury property.

• $70K-$75K Base Salary + Commission ($110K-$130K)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and membership tours
• Provide information about the products and services
• Ensure customer satisfaction and brand affinity
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
• Build membership base with sales calls, tours, and community outreach
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, commission-based sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
