Summary

CapRadio's Member Engagement team is the human connection between the station and its audience, striving to strengthen members' passion for sustaining public radio. Member Engagement supports member-listeners by tracking donations, providing receipts, answering questions and encouraging listeners to financially support CapRadio's community driven mission.

As a Member Engagement Associate your typical tasks will include data entry, donation processing and customer support. You will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial accounting of donations made to the station, maintaining member records and will provide an important interpersonal communication link to CapRadio members.

We're looking for someone who has a passion for working within a database to keep accurate records, and who enjoys interactions with people via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with financial data processing and the ability to ensure accuracy in their work. We are looking for someone who is a life-long learner, collaborative and detail oriented.
