Title: Meeting & Event Manager

About The Role

We're seeking a talented and experienced Meeting & Event Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in bringing our customer and partner events to life, creating memorable experiences that strengthen relationships and showcase our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the logistical planning and execution of our signature events, including our Annual Partnership Meeting, Awards Ceremony, and various community engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop event strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and optimize resources to deliver high-quality experiences within financial parameters.
  • Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization to post-event analysis, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize your creativity to develop engaging themes and innovative event concepts that resonate with our diverse audience.
  • Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 5-7 years of event planning experience, with a preference for 7+ years.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and event management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.
  • Proficiency in design software like Canva.
