What You'll Do

Manage every detail of event logistics, from venue selection to budget management, ensuring seamless execution.
Conduct thorough market research and negotiate contracts to enhance event offerings and deliver exceptional value.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the planning process.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring events run smoothly and successfully.
Evaluate event outcomes to continually improve future events and maximize impact.

What You'll Need
A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in event planning or coordination.
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple projects independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
