Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination: Take charge of planning and executing assigned programs and events. From creating detailed project timelines to managing budgets, you'll ensure every detail is meticulously handled.
Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations. You'll communicate effectively to ensure their satisfaction throughout the event planning process.
Financial Oversight: Monitor project expenses and budgets closely. Your insights will help in forecasting revenues and managing costs to achieve financial objectives.
Supplier Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers to secure services that meet quality standards. You'll oversee logistics, including venue arrangements and technical setups.
Onsite Leadership: Provide onsite support during events to ensure seamless execution. Your proactive approach will resolve any challenges that arise, guaranteeing a smooth and successful event experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in event planning or related fields.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
