Robert Half is hiring a Meeting & Events Coordinator for one of our clients in the legal industry. This role will manage all events and meetings held throughout the year. This will include working with hotels on securing rooms, ensuring flights are booked, working with catering businesses on food needed for the events, and so much more. The Meeting & Events Coordinator will coordinate all logistical details and ensure events run smoothly and as expected. You could be a good fit for the Meeting & Events Coordinator role if you meet the following requirements:


  • 3+ years of event management experience
  • Experience working in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and project management skills
