Schedule And Role
This position involves working Monday-Friday with 8-hour shifts and a Saturday rotation.
As an Outpatient Nurse, you will run a Medication Clinic and act as a case manager, interacting with Clinical Doctors and Customer Relations Specialists to ensure the well-being of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and coordinating the Medication Clinic, as well as assisting in other clinics and regions when needed.
You will review medication education forms, manage medication refills, and ensure accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record system.
In addition, you will administer medication, handle Prior Authorizations, maintain medication logs, and assist with pre-diabetes screenings.

Requirements
High School/GED degree is required; Associate/Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
Must hold a GPN, LPN, GN, or RN certification and pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation
