Hiring experienced Benefit Consultants currently licensed in health insurance (Aetna, Anthem, WellCare, Humana, UHC). Handling INBOUND calls from consumers interested in Medicare expense savings and overall benefit coverage. IT equipment provided, additional stipend for additional WFH items provided.
100% remote role, required to be in EST, CST, or MST zones

Hourly Base Pay plus Commissions, pay level depending on years of experience:
Average income range from $75k+, top agents make up to $150k
Majority commissions made during AEP season
Monday – Friday Schedule,8am-5pm CST; 9am-6pm EST
8-week open annual enrollment period Oct 15th thru Dec 7th: Extended hours will be required
Weekend hours required during peak season (required to work the first and last weekend of open enrollment)
Responsibilities of a Benefit Consultant Include:
Assess and identify insurance needs of company customers over the phone
Effectively educate and sell health insurance plans/products to customers while providing excellent service
Guide consumers through the health insurance policy selection and application process
Maintain call productivity and metrics per goals set
Requirements for Qualified Benefit Consultant:
1+ years of call center Medicare Sales experience (2+ preferred)
Minimum of 1 annual enrollment period (AEP) work experience
Strong understanding of Medicare products
REQUIRED current health insurance license in state of residence
Resides in EST, CST, or MST time zone
