1. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and procedures, analyzing results, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Perform blood sampling and phlebotomize patients as needed
• Utilize medical terminology accurately in reports and documentation
• Operate laboratory equipment proficiently to analyze samples
• Maintain quality control procedures to ensure accurate results
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in interpreting test results
• Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data entry and tracking
• Assist in research laboratory activities as required
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2 Years of Relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and procedures
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Experience working in a clinical or research laboratory setting
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting results
