Job Title: Medical Technologist
Location: Winchester, KY
Duration: Full Time Permanent
Shift: 8 Hours a day 40 hours a week
Pay range: USD $60K - $84K Annually/Yearly + benefits
Must-Haves
1 Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology
2 Must have certificiations: MT or MLS (ASCP) or MT (AMT) or MT(HEW) or MT (NCA)
3 Performs order entry, phlebotomies & collects other specimens such as urine drug screens when necessary. Performs calibrations & quality control when required and is responsible for verifying the integrity of such testing. Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions as necessary.
4 Performs laboratory testing in all areas of the laboratory to include Hematology, Urinalysis, Serology, Coagulation, Immunohematology, Microbiology, and Chemistry.
5 Performs routine maintenance tasks as designated for laboratory analyzers in all areas of the clinical laboratory.
