Medical Science Liaison - Dermatology - Remote | WFH

As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will be a field-based, customer-facing member of our US therapeutic area medical unit team. Your role involves analyzing, interpreting, and disseminating scientific data, gathering and translating customer insights, fostering external expert networks, and connecting customers to our organization in a compliant manner to advance medical strategies and improve patient outcomes. In this role, you will report to the Director, MSL, and cover the Eastern United States.

How You Will Contribute

External Engagement (80%): Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), building and maintaining professional relationships in line with our medical strategy.

Scientific Expertise: Demonstrate advanced knowledge of our disease areas and products, as well as the competitive landscape. Communicate complex scientific information to KOLs/HCPs in a clear, compliant, and balanced manner.

Research Support: Assist with sponsored research and facilitate medical collaborative studies and investigator-initiated research processes.

Insight Collection: Collect, interpret, and communicate medical insights from KOLs/HCPs to refine medical strategies and tactics.

Conference Participation: Contribute to medical strategy execution at conferences by staffing medical booths and communicating insights from sessions and KOL/HCP interactions.

Medical Information: Respond to unsolicited HCP medical information inquiries within defined timelines and quality standards.

Administrative Duties: Complete customer activity documentation, training, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks accurately and promptly.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Education: A doctoral degree in life/health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent) is preferred. A Master's degree in health sciences (MSN, NP, or PA) is the minimum requirement.

Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and collaboration skills are essential.

Experience: Experience in disseminating complex scientific data to healthcare audiences, relevant therapeutic area knowledge, and clinical, research, or teaching experience.

Compliance: Ability to work within legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

Travel: Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight and weekends, with a valid driver's license.

Compensation And Benefits Summary

We understand the importance of equitable pay and are committed to transparency in our compensation practices. The estimated salary range for this role is $108,500.00 - $170,500.00, depending on various factors including qualifications, experience, and location.
