We are partnering with one of our exciting Oncology Biotech clients that are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) with a background in oncology to join their Michigan & Indiana territory. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving scientific exchange and building strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field of oncology.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary scientific expert on our oncology products and therapeutic areas of focus.
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and academic institutions within the assigned territory.
Provide scientific and clinical education to healthcare professionals through presentations, discussions, and educational events.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support the development and execution of medical strategies and initiatives.
Stay informed about the latest advancements and developments in oncology research and treatment landscape.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in life sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on oncology.
Strong understanding of oncology therapeutic areas, including current treatment modalities, clinical trials, and emerging trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Residence in Michigan or Indiana with the flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
