LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for multiple customer service-oriented individuals for a contract Patient Scheduling role with a widely successful healthcare network located in the Indianapolis, IN area!
What You'll Be Doing
Handle a high volume of calls daily to schedule appointments, procedures, and diagnostic tests for patients.
Answer patient questions regarding the process for scheduled appointments and procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their understanding of appointment details and directions.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience required.
Ability to multitask and use multiple screens required.
Ability to showcase and provide excellent customer service required.
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F
Job Type: Contract and Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
