Medical Scheduler

Do you possess excellent call center skills and enjoy helping patients? LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a large healthcare company seeking a Medical Scheduler for a 3 month contract position in Chicago, IL. This will be a call center position to schedule patients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting patients over the phone with scheduling appointments.
• Documenting each call and telephone management.
• Provide excellent customer service with empathy.
  
  

Experience:

• Prefer 1 year of patient scheduling experience in a call center environment.
• Must have Epic experience.
• High School Diploma required.
  
  

Employment Type: 3 month contract

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.50 per hour
