Will make outbound calls/receive inbound calls to process requests as needed.
Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with Company and Facility policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information.
Responsible for managing patient health records.
2 Nd Interview Required Onsite With Hiring Manager
2 years of recent admin or strong call center experience
Medical experience preferred but not required.
Detail oriented, Phone experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to work in an environment requiring high volume of repetitive tasks; ability to maintain keen attention to detail throughout entire shift
Basic computer skills including ability to navigate in MS Windows environment
