Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Front Desk or a Medical Receptionist to fill an opening with a multi-specialty healthcare facility located in Brooklyn, New York
Requirements of the Front Desk / Medical Receptionist:
Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and organizational Skills
Must have experience with Medical Insurance
Must have experience with answering multi-line phone system
Must be a fast learner
Must have experience in eClinical Works (EMR)
Must have the ability to work in a high-volume office.
Must have references
Benefits of the Front Desk / Medical Receptionist:
The salary for this position is $18 - $22 /hr (Based on experience)
Benefits are Competitive and Negotiable
Schedule of the Front Desk / Medical Receptionist:
This is a Full-time position
Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
and two Saturdays a month 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Responsibilities for the Front Desk / Medical Receptionist:
Front desk medical receptionist answers phones, checks patients in/out
Schedules appointments
Let physicians know when patients arrive
Copy, scan, fax, email, file, and other office task
