LUX Infusion is hiring a Medical Receptionist to welcome patients, assist with intake paperwork, explain insurance benefits, collect patient payments and much more!
Being the 1st person to greet patients and the last person to wish patients well, the Medical Receptionist will be one of the most integral members of the LUX team!
If you have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a passion for patients- we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities include
Scheduling appointments
Checking patients in and out
Collecting copays
Presenting financial estimates
Data entry
Phone triage
The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, medical office experience, and must be HIPAA compliant.
