Our client is a global healthcare company providing diagnostic and drug development capabilities to make a difference through clinical, non-clinical, and commercial settings! We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist or Medical Technician to join their growing team on their 1st shift / 3rd shift!

Location: McMinnville, TN

Schedule: 1st shift / 3rd shift

Pay: $22-$36/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Set up, adjust, maintain and troubleshoot medical laboratory instrumentation.
  • Analyze the results of tests and experiments to ensure conformity to specifications, using special mechanical and electrical devices.
  • Prepare, test, and evaluate new reagents or controls.
  • Report accurate and timely test results to deliver quality patient care
  • Obtain specimens, cultivating, isolating and identifying microorganisms for analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree OR Medical Laboratory Technologist w/ relevant experience Preferred.
  • ASCP OR AMT OR MLT OR MT
  • Generalist experience required (hematology, coagulation, UA, chemistry)
