This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.
We are looking for Medical Imaging Technologist
You will define and provide input into Serviceability concepts for Diagnosing, Repairing, Maintaining, and Installing Molecular Imaging Products to upgrade our remote service offerings continuously.
You will be performing updates to our servicing procedures for us to achieve optimal service performance in the areas of Software Installation, Upgrades, and Removal & Replacements.
Testing and validating service procedures involving Software, Hardware, and Remote Service.
Prioritizing and evaluating field feedback relevant to Software (Syngo), Hardware, and our Remote service platform (SRS)
You will be creating and authoring service content to be used by service engineers.
You will be testing and validating service content, tools, & procedures.
Collaborating with Design & Development Teams, Marketing, Sales, and Field Services.
Required skills:
You are customer-centric and customer-focused!
Experience writing technical documentation.
Experience in servicing Computed Tomography (CT) and PET/CT systems.
You are collaborative, communicate well, and work in a team environment.
Minimum of 5-8 years in designing, or supporting Medical Imaging Devices
BS or AS in a relevant discipline to equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills:
You are passionate and familiar with Customer Service & Service Delivery
You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
You have a strong understanding of complex system design, and development thru requirements.
You have strong influencing and negotiation skills.
You are experienced and know about PET/CT systems, emphasizing Software Installation and Updates with Syngo-based software.
