The Art Director is a motivated and ambitious member of our Creative team

with an incredible eye for Design. As an Art Director, you’ll learn the fundamentals of

Healthcare Advertising, collaborating with members of each department brainstorming ideas, and

pitching concepts.

Salary: 65K - 100K

Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts and layouts for print, broadcast video, and interactive media
• Work closely with copy and account services to ensure that the creative needs of your brand are met
• Write and reference promotional material without supervision
• Constantly look for new, compelling presentation ideas
• Communicate information and direction to team members, suppliers, freelancers and editorial staff
• Manage the design, typography, and overall visual identity in the online and offline spaces.
• Seek creative inspiration by staying on top of current interactive, mobile, advertising, design, and visual communications, and share findings with team members
• Understanding of current marketing trends and unique design styles, imagery, technology and technological advances knowing when to introduce these to future team projects where appropriate.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and talent
• Know what our competitors are doing in similar categories and for the target audience of assigned brands
• Any tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field
• 1+ years of digital and print design/ advertising internship experience (healthcare preferred)
• Proven ability to create
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
