Responsibilities

Requirements
Proven experience as a Troubleshooter or similar role
Strong technical background in hardware, software, and networking
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
