Join our team as a Clinical Support Manager focusing on Wound Care, where you'll have the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise while collaborating with key clinicians to enhance patient care.

We are leading provider of innovative medical solutions, specializing in Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) devices. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes through advanced wound care technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical input during pre-evaluation, implementation, and conversion meetings with customers regarding our NPWT devices.

Collaborate with key clinicians to develop educational tools, programs, and in-service sessions tailored to meet customer needs.

Deliver initial and ongoing NPWT education to MDs, WOCNs, and other clinicians within healthcare facilities.

Attend NPWT dressing changes across the continuum of care during evaluations and conversions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Provide education and support to post-acute NPWT distributors, hospitals, clinics, and other clinical settings.

Assist in the development and facilitation of educational training programs.

Attend clinical congresses and exhibitions to stay updated on the latest wound care research and industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.S.N.) required; Master's degree in Nursing (M.S.N.) preferred

Minimum five years of related experience in hands-on wound care/negative pressure or equivalent combination of education and experience

Current RN licensure required; WOCN, CWON, or CWS certification preferred

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Willingness to meet vendor credentialing/compliance demands and drug screening requirements
