We are a small, privately-owned solo occupational therapy practice dedicated to providing personalized care and support to our clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team and oversee the management of billing software programs, client accounts, collections, and client communications.
Responsibilities
Utilize billing software programs to manage client accounts efficiently.
Handle billing inquiries and maintain clear communication with clients as needed.
Oversee collections processes and ensure timely payments from clients.
Maintain accurate financial records and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service.
Requirements
Previous experience in medical billing is preferred.
Basic Finance And Bookkeeping Skills Are Required.
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Flexibility to occasionally work on-site as needed.
Work Arrangements
This position offers the flexibility of remote work with minimal on-site requirements. The expected commitment is approximately 10-15 hours per month, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
