Responsibilities

Communicate with insurance carriers to address billing issues effectively.
Conduct thorough reviews of medical records to ensure comprehensive billing.
Engage with patients to gather or relay essential account information.
Draft persuasive appeal letters to facilitate claim resolution.
Perform additional tasks as delegated by supervisors.

Requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
Experience with Carecloud and/or EClinicalWorks is preferred, although not mandatory.
