Responsibilities
Submit claims electronically
Manage denials effectively
Process payment postings
Assist in accounts receivable recovery
Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Previous Experience In Medical Billing Required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Medent system preferred, though not mandatory
