Support our clinical team by providing crucial patient information and managing virtual waiting room logistics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Handle patient inquiries and complex situations with empathy and professionalism.

What We're Looking For
Experience: 1-3 years as a Medical Assistant in a traditional or virtual setting.
Skills: Proficiency with Athena EMR preferred; familiarity with addiction treatment programs a plus.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various computer applications; interest in healthcare and technology.
