We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team to help engage, educate and grow our patient base.
This is a full time position, with benefits. Will require 40 hours per week, M-F. No weekends or holidays.
You will be responsible for:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team to help engage, educate and grow our patient base.

You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing spirometry data and provider notes
- Handling patient calls on a daily basis
- Educating patients on clinical benefits of doing spirometry consistently
- Coaching patients to train and ensure adequate spirometry technique using Aluna
- Licensed Medical Assistant
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with spirometry in a clinic
- Experience in calling and educating patients
- Proven ability to meet and exceed goals and deadlines
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Collaborate with colleagues and be solution oriented
- Organized and comfortable with using Excel and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Must have exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm during difficult conversations
