We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team to help engage, educate and grow our patient base.
This is a full time position, with benefits. Will require 40 hours per week, M-F. No weekends or holidays.
You will be responsible for:
Reviewing spirometry data and provider notes
Handling patient calls on a daily basis
Educating patients on clinical benefits of doing spirometry consistently
Coaching patients to train and ensure adequate spirometry technique using Aluna
Who you are:
Licensed Medical Assistant
Minimum of 1 year of experience with spirometry in a clinic
Experience in calling and educating patients
Proven ability to meet and exceed goals and deadlines
Self-motivated and driven to succeed
Collaborate with colleagues and be solution oriented
Organized and comfortable with using Excel and Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Must have exceptional multi-tasking skills
Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm during difficult conversations
Salary ranges will be based off of where the candidate lives.
