Client Information/Pitch:

Swedish Sports, Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine is a specialty clinic who sees patients of all ages and specializes in a variety of specialty areas.

The sports medicine team is really cool! The used to service the Seattle Storm team and may still do that! This role involves a lot of procedures so they need a MA who will be very hands on. Busy practice as well!

they have a FTE opening and are having a hard time finding someone who is the right match

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Rooming, histories, vitals

Lots of in-office procedures, setting up for procedures, sterile/autoclave, assisting with procedures in-office, sterilization post procedure etc.

epic charting in-basket work in EPIC follow-up on procedures/patient questions paperwork and referrals processing prior authorizations

Clinical Specific Information (providers, patient volumes, team vs. one on one):

This clinic has 7 providers who work at this clinic specializing in sports med, among other specialties. These providers do quite a few in office procedures, so they need someone who will be hands on and can work in a fast paced environment.

Must Haves:

Ortho or sports exp ideal

5 days a week 7:30-4. They will also need to be able to travel to Issaquah every 3rd week for a couple of days.
