Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Rooming and vitals
Assisting in procedures
Cleaning scopes
Possible that down the road they expand their allergy patient population so more allergy testing
They are doing the traditional duties but also will assist with procedures, a lot of scope sterilization etc. 80% of their patients are scoped in 1 way or another. Cleaning and prepping for next patients and keeping the rooms turned. The do have Administrative days where the MAs do authorizations as well.
They are also doing virtual visits with many patients, the MA will virtually room the patient, asking for medication updates etc.
Clinical Specific Information (providers, patient volumes, team vs. one on one): they have 3 campuses - First hill, Ballard and Issaquah. Their dire need is First Hill.
Must Haves: MA-C, EPIC exp is ideal but not req.
Team player and business mature
Strong interested in ENT!
Someone who wants to be hands on with patients.
