Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Assistant at Our Community Healthcare System, Inc. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing examination rooms, taking patient vital signs, documenting patient information, assisting with medical procedures, and providing compassionate patient care.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Medical Assisting, Medical Terminology, and Medical Office tasks
Strong knowledge of patient care procedures and protocols
Experience in maintaining accurate and organized medical records
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients and healthcare professionals
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Knowledge of electronic health record systems is a plus
