Summary

  • This is a great opportunity to join the Corporate Medical Affairs team that is collaborating internally and externally in playing a key role in lowering cardiovascular mortality by advancing a new standard of care for structural heart disease patients.
  • As a manager, you will assist in executing evidence strategies to elevate awareness of the burden of structural heart disease and drive improved patient care through scientific dialogue.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner With Stakeholders To Develop And Lead The Execution Of Generation And Dissemination Of Scientific Knowledge For Health Care Providers As Follow

  • Facilitate conference planning, including sessions and posters content, and conversations with healthcare providers
  • Coordinate integrated evidence planning and strategic thinking around new opportunities
  • Assist with management of societal grant and partnership engagements
  • Establish, further develop, and expand relationships with other medical affairs departments, global healthcare economics, and patient engagement among other teams
  • Manage and help lead the planning, development, and approval of literature searches and scientific materials
  • Design and plan internal material dissemination and scheduling of external conversations
  • Incidental duties
  • Domestic travel up 10%

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a team environment, working closely with global marketing team, key opinion leaders and regional sales managers
  • Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on assigned projects
  • Substantial knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to medical affairs operations
  • Substantial knowledge of HCP policies and regulations
  • Substantial knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and AdvaMed requirements

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 Years years experience of previously related work experience
  • Advanced degree (e.g., Masters) highly preferred
  • Experience working in healthcare industry, including life sciences
