Job Overview
DiD is looking for a Media Supervisor who is able to run tests to determine which advertising methods are most effective and share analytic and creative feedback to refine advertising content. They align advertisement information with their target audience’s media habits.

Job Overview
DiD is looking for a Media Supervisor who is able to run tests to determine which advertising methods are most effective and share analytic and creative feedback to refine advertising content. They align advertisement information with their target audience’s media habits.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for media strategy planning for assigned client teams and departments, with senior oversight as needed
- Drives communication with client and works directly with account teams to stay involved in the day to day of the assigned brand
- Responsible for ensuring project details are accurately relayed to the rest of the team and tasks are clearly defined and delegate to the appropriate team members; responsible for keeping Director and team leadership informed of upcoming deadlines
- In-depth understanding of the process behind generating strategic media plans; drives definition of media strategic framework and strategic imperatives, guides team efforts on media tactic/message recommendations
- Mentors and helps to enhance junior media team members; aids development of Junior Planner and Planner by influencing strategic thinking and how best to ladder up capabilities to brand goals; ensures planner recommendations meet and exceed campaign goals
- Supports media related NBD efforts
- Participates in and supports corporate initiatives
- Identifies ways to enhance the quality/caliber of current strategic media and analytics services
- Serves as a subject matter expert to the company in media
- 5-7 years minimum experience working in advertising, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in planning, strategy and related communications
- Experience within pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing environment
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple strategy projects across various client and internal teams
- Proven experience as a cross-channel media planner
