Are you an experienced media planner looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking a skilled Media Planner to join our Paid Media team. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a leading global integrated marketing agency that values innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration.

Role Overview

As a Media Planner, you will work closely with both local and national paid media team members, supporting the execution and measurement of all media efforts. You will be responsible for managing your plans, reports, and recommendations, seeing campaigns from inception to completion, and continuously honing your media planning and buying skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop integrated media plans and strategies.

Oversee end-to-end management of media campaigns.

Implement and monitor tracking of KPIs and overall ROI.

Execute various online media (display, video, paid social, paid search, digital audio, content marketing, email marketing, native ads) and/or offline media (print, TV, radio, OOH).

Produce detailed monthly reports and present key media deliverables.

Maintain status reports and departmental documents.

Manage billing in collaboration with the Associate Media Planner/Media Planner and Accounting teams.

Conduct industry, competitive, and audience research using media tools and agency resources.

Foster partnerships with vendors and other third parties.

Perform daily pacing and budget tracking.

Stay current with media trends and best practices.

Learn and utilize the latest media platforms and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

2-4 years of experience in advertising or media agency.

Proficiency in G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Experience with self-serve social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat).

Familiarity with Google Marketing platform (Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio).

Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights.

Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Proactive, self-motivated, and excellent at problem-solving.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.

Compensation

Anticipated salary range is $60,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience and depending on location.
