Media Planner, Remote [75149]

Onward Search needs a Media Planner for an in-house agency within a Global pharmaceutical client.Teams are very collaborative and have a passion for creating cutting edge customer experiences. 40 hours per week so you have work life balance!!

You’ll join the Media Planning team to help build out and manage their omni-channel media campaign. The team is located in New York and Irvine, CA, and is full remote with paid travel to either location every 2 months.

Media Planner Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of media plans
• Monitor media spend against pacing goals
• Collaborate with internal channel teams to deliver media plans and launch campaigns successfully
• Gather and compile data to support media recommendations
• Manage administrative tasks associated with campaigns such as billing, creating POs, and invoices
• Drive innovation by keeping abreast of industry trends and recommending new buying tactics and partners

Media Planner Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in any paid media roles
• Experience in reporting & analytics across various digital media channels and platforms
• Understanding and appreciation for all digital channels and how they synchronize and drive users down the marketing funnel
• Ability to strategically segment large projects into smaller, actionable deliverables
• Expert communication, presentation, and material preparation skills
• A Bachelor's Degree
• Willingness to travel
