Join a forward-thinking team as the Operations Manager in the Marketing/Media division. In this role, you'll lead Media Operations and Ad Technology, focusing on identifying improvements, troubleshooting issues, leveraging data, and building audiences within the digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in General Ad Operations and Ad Technology tools
- Leadership in Adobe DTM ad tagging for conversions and campaign optimization
- Understanding of programmatic media, ad serving platforms, attribution models, privacy regulations, and advertising identity space technologies
- Day-to-day management of MMP operations and partner configurations
- Expertise in cookie-less advertising, audience management, and data security
- Analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues related to ad placement, campaign delivery, and site ad tags
- Oversight of Data Onboarders, site troubleshooting, and proficiency in SQL, ETL, and data transfer
- Management of relationships with external media vendors and partners
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing
- Experience in implementing brand positioning and managing budgets
- Strong analytical skills and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or graduate degree
- Previous experience managing leading brands
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of creativity and innovation
Compensation Range: $57.69/hr - $86.35/hr (W2)
