ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This full-time Media Director role will lead the media team to exceed campaign benchmarks and deliver unforgettable customer service by living out the core values of growth, excellence, flow, and integrity. From media strategy to analytics, you will bring best-in-class expertise to the entire media process and the team. As you work with our clients, you will develop a deep understanding of their businesses to aid in cultivating effective strategies and learn how best to serve their needs. You will facilitate weekly campaign performance meetings to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal of driving results. As part of the leadership team, you will aid in the strategic direction of a growing company.

That’s not to mention a competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $135,000, plus an uncapped performance bonus.

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal Media Director has over ten years of experience as an expert across all media types and objectives and has led a media team for 3-5 years. You are a team player with a proven track record of data-first strategies that drive results, possess effective leadership skills, and thrive in established processes and procedures. Your expertise in B2B, B2C, and DTC media objectives and applicable traditional and digital strategies will set you apart.

Experience preferred within Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, trading desks, Datorama, Bionic, SRDS, MRI, Comscore, and Google Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Empowering the media team to develop effective strategies, execute campaigns, drive results that exceed benchmarks, and draw meaningful insights.
• Presenting impactful and persuasive presentations and pitches.
• Leading media teams, including talent development and recruiting efforts.
• Providing five-star customer service to clients.
• In coordination with the project manager, managing workflow, client profitability, staffing levels, and a healthy team structure.
• Facilitating the development and documentation of best practices to improve operational efficiencies.
