Our client in the publishing industry is looking for a Paid Media Buyer!
Position Overview:
The Paid Media Buyer will play a key role in the execution and optimization of our paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook and other social media. This individual will collaborate with the Head of Paid Media and cross-functional teams to ensure that our client's campaigns align with their overall marketing objectives, meet the highest standards of quality, and deliver gross margin at scale, with special attention to detail and reducing risk as much as possible.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement paid media strategies across various paid social platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook (Google, Twitter, Snap, Pinterest, & Tiktok)
● Manage and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
● Conduct research testing, and bid management to optimize campaign performance.
● Ensure all precautions are taken to cut down poor performing spenders and eliminate any risk of “runaway spend” with budget caps and detailed overviews of budgets before setting live.
● Create and collaborate with others for content in developing engaging ad creatives and potential landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
● Analyze campaign performance data and implement actionable insights to improve our digital marketing efforts.
● Monitor and maintain budget allocations across different platforms and campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to enhance our paid media strategies.
Key Performance Indicators:
● Focus on gross margin growth.
● Create & submit “innovating” ads at a daily level, and scale your winners across other verticals with a “copy & hack” mindset.
● Ensure minimal to no errors are made in scaling campaigns or launching – careful attention to detail.
● Share your opinions and ideas - you are a fun sparring partner on issues strategic, organizational, and operational.

● Paid Media Strategy: Proficient in executing paid campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok).
● Optimization Expertise: Proven in boosting ROI, conversions, and overall performance.
● Data-driven insights: Skilled in analyzing data for actionable improvements.
● Budget Management: Efficiently allocates budgets to prevent overspending.
