Job Title: Media Buyer (Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads)

Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 Annually + Benefits
The client is a fast-growing digital marketing and lead generation agency, and they are in need of a Media Buyer who is highly skilled in Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads to join their team.
The client specializes in effective local Social Media Lead Generation campaigns for small businesses. With an individualized onboarding process, they work closely with the client to ensure long term success. They produce consistent results month after month to keep their clients’ sales pipeline full. Their campaigns are created with a unique marketing approach in order to generate the maximum number of leads.
Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid Facebook and Instagram Ad campaigns.
Help manage and expand the client’s Google Ads service.
Identify new opportunities to increase client conversions regularly.
Audience research, audience building, and ad creation.
Audit and optimize new and existing ad campaigns to ensure KPIs are met, such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS—both short- and long-term.
Update clients via weekly emails, calls, and reports on the current status of their accounts, successes, and strategy moving forward. Respond to all communications in a timely manner.
Participate in all team meetings.
Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
Manage the performance reporting process, communicating results with the Marketing Manager in the agency as needed and on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Organize hypotheses and recommendations, and be comfortable sharing them with the internal team.
Communicate consistently and professionally with clients and franchise partners.
Maintain a positive ROI and hit all KPI’s for client accounts.
Participate in monthly franchise partner meetings. Prepare and present relevant KPIs in presentation format for all meetings.
Learn and understand the client’s campaign launch process to ensure proper execution of job responsibilities, management of client accounts, and ongoing optimization.
Confidently provide client support with very little oversight from management.
All tasks are completed on time, correctly, and with little support.
Communication with team members is clear and effective, as well as professional and concise.
Requirements
3+ years of experience and knowledge of online marketing strategies.
Minimum 2 years of Facebook/Instagram Ad mastery.
2+ years of Google Ads experience.
Knowledge of split testing practices.
Ability to have a full funnel view while executing and managing campaign details.
A die-hard commitment to achieving results.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to mine data to inform decision-making.
You prefer working with a fast-driven agency, where always testing, and data is king.
Must be flexible with weekly schedules, adaptable, and willing to take on multiple priorities.
Excellent organization and time management skills to complete tasks on time.
Ability to speak with clients in a calm and clear way via phone, email, and Zoom/Google Meet.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Facebook policies, strategies, trends, design tools, and applications.
Ready and willing to dedicate time to an amazing team with amazing clients.
Preferred: Experience running local lead generation campaigns in the fitness and wellness industry.
Benefits
$250/month for health benefits/health related services (health benefits available by Q3).
3 weeks PTO.
