INTERNAL JOB TITLE: Technical Support Engineer
COMPENSATION RANGE: $70000 - $90000 salaried
LOCATION: Hybrid 4/1
900 Trey St Jeffersonville, IN 47130
The company will provide travel, when necessary. This role may require up to 25% travel a month.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
Picture this: you're in the office, armed with a multi-line phone system, knowledge of tools, dual monitors and your will power to solve problems. You’ll be working directly with our offsite Tech Support Specialist and even directly with customers, to determine whether calls can be resolved over the phone or need onsite support. From installing and servicing machinery to providing top-notch customer support, you'll be the hero in our story.
And hey, who knows? You might even pick up a few new skills along the way!

About The Role
- Answering inbound calls and emails to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Resource for offsite Tech Support Specialists in troubleshooting equipment and software.
- Basic knowledge and previous use of tools and how to put machines together.
- Read, comprehend, explain and sometimes even design technical drawings (maybe even on a napkin) to problem solve complex issues.
- Continuous learning, including customer operational processes and technical specifications.
- Clerical and administrative duties such as reading and responding to emails and time management.
- Communicate information and ideas internally and with customers in a style that is easy to understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Adhere to all safety requirements, and safety protocols.

- Are you a mechanical maestro with a knack for troubleshooting?
- Willingness & readiness to put your electrical and mechanical background to use daily.
- Initiative and a passion for troubleshooting mechanical or technical failures, man-made oopsies, and the ever present “I have no idea how that happened!”
- Excited by locating the root problem & then praised by all for fixing it efficiently & effectively.
- Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
- Salary ranges from $70000 - $90000, depending on experience.
