Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Designer to join our growing team. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for career development and hands-on experience in the field of industrial equipment design.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior engineers and designers to develop detailed design specifications for rotating equipment projects.
  • Assist in the creation of 3D models and 2D drawings using industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and performance of rotating equipment.
  • Perform calculations and simulations to validate design concepts and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably with a focus on rotating equipment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and standards related to rotating equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards.
