Summary: We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer for our client, a powerhouse manufacturer of heavy equipment. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex design projects and become a subject matter expert in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for designing innovative solutions for heavy machinery.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed designs for heavy equipment, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Conduct simulations and stress analysis to validate design concepts and ensure structural integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation to support manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the manufacturing and testing phases.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into design projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on the design of heavy machinery.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
