Summary: GloTech is a leading fluid machinery technology and product development company located in South Florida. We are seeking to add a Mechanical Design Engineer to our R&D team. Job duties include carrying out product development projects, as well as providing support for completed products. We are looking for candidates with a strong mechanical engineering background, who can thrive in our dedicated, innovative, and fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Work with engineering manager and fellow engineers on new product development projects
Perform engineering calculations / analyses and create design drawings
Develop QC / testing documents and collect data on prototypes
Communicate with operations / production on manufacturing requirements and provide necessary engineering support
Gather user requirements and product feedback
After new products are released, monitor product performance and manage design updates
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
1 - 5 years of previous engineering-related work experience
Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD)
Ability to multi-task, and affinity for a fast-paced working environment
Motivated, responsibility-seeking individual
Bilingual in English/Chinese is a plus
Compensation for Qualified Employees:
Salary: 70-120K depending on work experience and highest engineering degree achieved
